About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Go‑To‑Market to design and lead Spacial’s market approach across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will define how we position our product, generate demand, accelerate adoption, and scale revenue. This is a leadership role where you will shape the GTM strategy, processes, and team as we grow. You’ll work closely with the founders to translate our vision into measurable GTM plans, establish repeatable sales and marketing motions, and ensure alignment across all customer‑facing teams. This is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

What You'll Do

Develop and own Spacial’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success

Identify target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth

Design and implement scalable GTM processes, sales playbooks, and lead generation strategies

Partner with marketing to drive demand, campaigns, and positioning in the AEC ecosystem

Collaborate with product to gather market insights and translate them into product and messaging improvements

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure GTM effectiveness and inform decisions

Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing GTM team as the company scales

Represent Spacial at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities

What You Bring

5+ years of experience leading GTM, marketing, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or AEC technology

Proven ability to scale early‑stage go‑to‑market strategies and build repeatable revenue processes

Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights Why Join Us?
