Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Corporate Regulatory Compliance Manager

to lead and oversee company-wide regulatory compliance programs, ensuring consistent alignment with federal, state, international, and internal quality standards. This role manages the Regulatory Compliance team, provides strategic guidance across departments, and plays a key leadership role in product compliance, labeling, claims, certifications, and global market readiness.

This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Quality, R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Regulatory Compliance team, including performance management and training

Interpret and monitor federal, state, local, and international regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

Communicate and evaluate regulatory impacts on product development, commercialization, labeling, and supply chain

Review, approve, and maintain nutritional panels, ingredient statements, and product labels

Oversee regulatory review of product claims (nutrient, natural, non-GMO, organic, Kosher, Halal, etc.)

Ensure accuracy of product and raw material specifications

Coordinate documentation, submissions, certifications, and audits with regulatory bodies and commercial partners

Respond to customer requests and evaluate complaints from a regulatory standpoint

Stay up to date on evolving regulatory standards, industry trends, and compliance risks

Drive a strong culture of compliance, quality focus, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs , or a related scientific field is required.

Minimum

5 years regulatory compliance experience

in the food, ingredients, or related manufacturing industry

Experience interacting with FDA, USDA, or international regulatory agencies

Strong background in product labeling, certification systems, regulatory documentation, and compliance risk management

Prior experience managing or developing a team is strongly preferred
