Employment Law Associate Attorney Location: Boston, MA
A well-established and respected mid-sized firm in Boston is seeking an Employment Attorney to join its team. This firm is well-known for its work assisting the corporate client in the Boston area.
What They're Looking For
Experience: 7+ years of experience with a background in a variety of employment law matters on a state and federal level with the ability to advise clients on difficult decisions, strong negotiation and drafting skills that include a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Licensed: Active member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
Education: J.D. from ABA accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to grow a practice with firm support
Some Book of Business preferred but not required.

Help clients navigate leaves and accommodation requests.
Address wage and hour matters.
Handle agency proceedings.
Counsel clients on workplace best practices.
