Analyze order data to identify anomalies, errors, or bottlenecks before they create operational or financial impact
Maintain system updates, data integrity, and reporting accuracy within the client’s ERP and related tools
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, scalability, and execution speed
Key Success Factors
Direct experience executing the full order lifecycle in an ERP (validating orders, booking, releasing to 3PLs, clearing order holds, resolving allocation/routing issues, ensuring OTD/OTIF accuracy)
Understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations: order management, inventory availability, allocation, outbound distribution, and 3PL interactions
Experience supporting B2B channels, retail partners, distributors, or fulfillment networks
Hands‑on experience extracting, reconciling, and interpreting data from large‑scale ERP systems
Ability to maintain data integrity and follow structured workflows within order/inventory modules
Advanced Excel abilities: pivot tables, index‑match, v‑lookup, filtering, data modeling, and error tracing
