Define strategy, target outcomes, and product priorities informed by customer and business needs Create comprehensive roadmaps to deliver critical outcomes and measure impact regularly Engage directly with learners and stakeholders to understand emerging product needs Define engineering backlog and product features, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver results Represent the product team in discussions with leadership and external stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C ecommerce or subscription‑based businesses Proven experience in driving revenue and engagement through product‑led strategies Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills Experience with agile software development and a structured, data‑driven approach Empathy and intuition for learners and customers, alongside a strong understanding of technical concepts How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
