What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop a product vision for Effects Planning in collaboration with customers and stakeholders
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform the product backlog and roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Effects Planning functionality
Write clear user stories to guide the team in delivering user value each sprint
Engage stakeholders throughout the innovation process and advocate for customer problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to create user-friendly experiences
Experience working with data scientists to integrate AI into product pipelines
Proven ability to work with leadership and stakeholders to solve complex problems
Familiarity with Product Management tools and methodologies, including rapid prototyping
Experience working in scrum or kanban environments on cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience creating products for government users, especially in technology-limited environments
Knowledge of advanced analytics, natural language processing, and generative AI
Interest in supporting US government missions against foreign adversary propaganda and disinformation
