Join the dynamic Shopping PXT team to drive talent strategy for Amazon's Shopping organization. We focus on inventing the future while improving current customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities Partner with senior executives (VPs and Directors) and leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This includes improving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. The role is both strategic and hands‑on.
A day in the life Diagnose problems, identify solutions, and leverage data to set HR priorities and establish mechanisms to drive change. Requires strong data acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in fast‑paced, rapid‑change environments.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in Tech or Retail environment
Preferred qualifications
Experience driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization
Strong business, HR, and tech acumen
Learning agility and growth mindset
Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels
Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions
Strong project/program management skills
Experience working in a corporate environment and across global locations
Strong judgment and effective communication (written, verbal, listening)
Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies
Ability to work independently as well as part of a business and HR team

Compensation: base pay ranges from $139,200 to $230,200 per year, depending on location and experience. Equity, sign‑on, and other benefits may be included.
