Responsibilities will include

Product Roadmapping: Define the roadmap for data science and machine learning products, aligning with Accompany Health’s mission and clinical priorities

Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, clinical and operations leadership teams to design and implement ML‑powered workflows and tools

Translation & Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams and frontline staff, ensuring models are interpretable, clinically relevant, and actionable

Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for ML solutions—from ideation, requirements, and prototyping to testing, deployment, and iteration
