Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering and manufacturing processes.

Drive the adoption of new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of engineering and manufacturing initiatives.
Profile
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in electrical product design.
5+ years of experience in leadership within an industrial organization.
A strong background in engineering and manufacturing within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Experience with strategic planning and implementing operational improvements.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
Job Offer
