Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture lasting relationships with the client’s distributor network and end‑users throughout the six‑state territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client’s market presence.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and field sales engineer, providing insights to optimize manufacturing operations.
Regularly visit manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts, establishing the client as a valued partner.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Strong background in manufacturing, machining, CNC processes, or similar fields; experience with cutting tools or tooling technology preferred.
Proven success in a technical sales or product specialist role, ideally within manufacturing or tooling industries.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach focused on long‑term partnerships.
Self‑driven and autonomous, capable of managing a travel‑heavy schedule.
Based in the Mid East U.S. / Great Lakes Territory with flexibility for travel within the designated region.
Benefits & Compensation
Monthly retainer payment based on experience (DOE).
On‑target earnings (OTE) in excess of $120,000 – $140,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential.
Guaranteed commission during the ramp‑up period and additional commissions for sales exceeding targets.
Car allowance and fully covered travel expenses.
