Litigation Associate - $125k+ Base Salary + Bonus - Growing Law Firm
We are a growing law firm seeking to hire a Litigation Associate Attorney in White Plains, NY ASAP. This role offers a competitive base salary of $125,000 - $160,000 per year with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities As a Litigation Associate, you will manage a full caseload in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Duties include:
Appear at court hearings, depositions, and oral arguments
Handle written and document discovery, depositions, and drafting of motions and other legal submissions
Perform complex legal research and drafting
Receive training from experienced litigators
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in New York
2+ years of experience specializing in defense of civil rights, employment discrimination cases, or general liability defense practice
Demonstrated interest in employment discrimination, civil rights/constitutional law litigation, and/or general litigation (former government attorneys welcome)
