As a Client Relationship Manager at Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, you will partner with lead advisors to manage and grow client relationships, enabling them to focus on business development. You will provide high-touch service, develop comprehensive financial plans, and coordinate with tax and legal experts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the investment team on portfolio construction and actively assist in generating new business and proposals. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive scenario modeling for clients, including cash flow, retirement, education, and major purchase analysis. Lead portfolio review meetings to educate clients on strategy, performance, and annual risk profile updates. Manage all client communications and meeting logistics, including agendas and post-meeting notes via Black Diamond. Oversee client data integrity within the CRM and ensure eMoney profiles are accurate and up-to-date. Assist clients with technology onboarding and access. Coordinate with administrative staff to execute follow-up tasks and strategies discussed in client meetings. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Series 65 or 66 designation (or ability to attain prior to employment) 5+ years of experience in wealth management, specifically in a client-facing or financial planning capacity. Demonstrated expertise with financial planning software and portfolio accounting systems (eMoney, Black Diamond, etc.) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients. A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative, creating processes, or improving workflow efficiency. Proven ability to manage client relationships with high emotional intelligence and a service-oriented mindset. Work Arrangement
