Area Manager role at WIS International. Lead with confidence as our Area Manager for Inventory Operations. We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize inventory operations within our business. This is a leadership position focused on teamwork, operational expertise and driving efficiency. Full Time – Salaried Salary Range:

$68,640 to $70,304 Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership in a competitive, structured, energetic and demanding work environment across a broad array of inventory events. Plan, organize, coordinate and lead a team of inventory professionals during inventory events. Drive customer service performance by focusing on Productivity, Accuracy, and Inventory measurements while upholding professional standards and exceptional service. Represent the company in a positive, safe and inclusive manner, upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork. Position Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (in lieu of degree considered). Minimum of three (3) years in a retail, inventory or warehouse role with professionalism, urgency, strong soft skills, and teamwork. Strong people and team leadership with proven experience in recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent. Experience with payroll management, expense control and improving employee performance to increase production. Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early mornings or late nights, with flexible schedules. Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks (investigative consumer report, drug screening, MVR if applicable). Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required depending on district or region needs. Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel by automobile and air, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions, including long periods of standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours. Accommodation and Equal Opportunity
