Salary:
$140K - $150K

Review and prepare client financial statements (full or partial financial ownership)
Analyze financials to identify insights and ensure compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing government contracting issues directly with clients
Train and mentor accounting staff, growing the team’s technical and consulting skills
Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable hours (T&M) environment
Qualifications
7+ years of GovCon accounting experience (Required)
Unanet software experience (Highly preferred – major plus!)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Proven management and leadership experience
Experience in a small firm, boutique practice, or consulting setting is preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills
