Senior Manager, Outsourced Accounting

I am with an accounting search firm, and I am working with an outsourced accounting firm in the area looking to hire a Senior Manager. They are a stable company with a positive culture and there's flexibility to define the role and make it your own.
Salary: $140K - $150K

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare client financial statements (full or partial financial ownership)
- Analyze financials to identify insights and ensure compliance
- Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing government contracting issues directly with clients
- Train and mentor accounting staff, growing the team's technical and consulting skills
- Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable hours (T&M) environment
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of GovCon accounting experience (Required)
- Unanet software experience (Highly preferred - major plus! xrczosw )
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Experience in a small firm, boutique practice, or consulting setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
