Maintain drawing logs, revisions, distribution lists, and ensure the most current plans are posted both digitally and in hard‑copy form.
Track permit expiration dates, maintain permit logs, upload all permits, and coordinate with Development and A/E for city‑required resubmittals.

Coordinate scanning, uploading, and distribution of newly approved stamped plans.
Ensure all revisions submitted to the city are logged, tracked, and incorporated into the project files.
Conduct regular site walks and inspections to document progress, quality, and safety.
Field Responsibilities
Conduct daily site walks with the Superintendent for quality, safety, and progress verification.
Verify materials delivered to site match approved submittals; report discrepancies immediately.
Assist with jobsite safety walks, identify hazards, notify subcontractors, and document issues.
Support tracking of jobsite incidents, including gathering subcontractor reports and updating safety logs.
Monitor manpower through subcontractor daily reports; ensure accuracy and timely submission in Procore.
Assist with punch list creation, follow‑up, verification, and closeout.
Office Responsibilities
Maintain daily and weekly project logs, including RFI logs, submittal logs, plan revision logs, and safety logs.
Manage subcontractor daily reports, ensuring manpower, work performed, and delays are documented correctly.

Subcontractor and consultant contact lists
Certificates, permits, and inspection records
