We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to work for a leading GC on multifamily and condo projects, through effective use of Procore and other project management tools.
Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in the day-to-day management of construction activities. Manage and track project documentation using Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, change orders, punch lists, etc.). Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain construction progress. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and other documentation. Track project milestones, quality control, and site safety requirements. Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in procurement and material tracking. Help ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor project timelines and report on variances. Maintain document control and project logs through Procore. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred. Min of 1 years of experience in a construction, architectural or engineering role. Procore proficiency is preferable; experience with other software (Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD) is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Seniority Level
