To direct the operations of a medium Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Responsible for the management of all branch staff, branch facilities, and service levels provided at that facility.

Experience

Education

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Oversees member service functions for the assigned branch, ensuring member satisfaction, achievement of goals, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies and procedures.
Hires, directs, develops, motivates, and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
Oversees loan functions for the assigned branch, ensuring member satisfaction, achievement of goals, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies and procedures.
Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
Oversees teller service functions for the assigned branch, ensuring member satisfaction, achievement of goals, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies and procedures.
Maintains communications with executive manager; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.
Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
Timely completes all required compliance/operations training.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements
To maintain and develop a qualified staff sufficient to meet the needs of members.
To maintain/improve the financial stability of the branch.
To keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch.
To meet the branch growth plan.
To complete all required compliance/operations training and abide by credit union and governmental rules and regulations.
Physical Requirements
Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. This includes but may not be limited to keyboarding, writing, and filing.
Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.
Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 75 pounds for various needs.
The person in this position constantly communicates in person and in writing with members, managers, and colleagues. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The ability to observe details at close range to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
