Role Summary The Superintendent plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction and technology installation projects. This position oversees field teams, drives schedule and budget performance, ensures quality and safety compliance, and serves as a key liaison between engineering, customers, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead security and MEP installation projects, managing crews of 5‑10 and project values up to $1M+.
Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and material and equipment needs.
Direct daily field operations, ensuring adherence to design documents, SOWs, codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineering, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project execution.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Mentor and develop field personnel, including foremen and technicians.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
Engage with customers professionally to address progress, concerns, and expectations.
Qualifications
12+ years of electrical industry experience, including 2+ years in a foreman‑level role.
Journeyman Electrician License required; Master Electrician preferred.
OSHA 30 certification; NFPA 70E is a plus.
Strong background in MEP commissioning, testing, and mission‑critical or data center environments.
Proficiency with BIM/Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MEP coordination workflows.
Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, procurement, and change orders.
Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local codes.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, and travel extensively.

Production Tracking: Infralink
Scheduling: Primavera P6
Working Conditions
Frequent travel and long site rotations required.
Work performed outdoors and in active construction environments, including heights and confined spaces.
Must safely navigate ladders, temporary stairs, and restricted areas.
Overtime, night shifts, and weekend work may be required.
