Base Pay Range
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule : Full Time | Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On call 24/7

Responsibilities
Manage Board of Directors, homeowner, and community relations; attend all community and committee meetings.
Train and foster team building among all employees on the account.
Conduct all walkthroughs (landscape, building, violation, architectural review, work order verification, etc.) based on daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
Oversee association fiscal matters, including financial statement review; report any overspending to the board and document disclosure.
Prepare and present annual draft budget for board approval; implement and manage budget monthly.
Ensure preventative maintenance procedures and policies are adhered to by engineering staff.
Establish and maintain building emergency guidelines; conduct fire drills, maintain emergency equipment, etc.
Coordinate and implement move‑in/move‑out activities.
Manage vendor relations and contracted on‑site staff.
Advise the board on third‑party contracts and performance.
Process violations and manage all special projects.
Authorize payment of invoices and manage bid process.
Educate association board members on legislation changes affecting the HOA.
Maintain familiarity with condominium association laws and regulations.
Lead the annual meeting/election process.
Utilize company support staff to accomplish daily tasks efficiently and respectfully.
Attend required training classes.
Be available on‑call for after‑hours emergencies.
Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
5–7 years of experience in property management; HOA experience preferred, ideally as General Manager.
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM accreditation from CAI preferred.
