We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Maintenance Director to oversee multiple long‑term care facilities across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing physical plant systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting facility teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
Ensure compliance with all Life Safety Code regulations and state/federal requirements.
Direct and support facility maintenance teams in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
Participate in and prepare facilities for state and federal surveys.
Manage budgets, vendors, and capital improvement projects.
Requirements
Extensive long-term care experience in a maintenance leadership role.
Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Well‑versed in the survey process and Life Safety Code compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
