HR/Payroll Director . The
HR/Payroll Director
oversees all aspects of human resources and payroll operations within the facility. This individual will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process bi‑weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support department managers with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, staffing, and compliance audits.
Foster a positive and respectful work culture consistent with Regal Care’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2‑3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or long‑term care.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems (such as ADP, Paychex, or Kronos) and HRIS platforms.
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters.
