Assistant Director of Loss Prevention
Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Assistant Director of Loss Prevention. These two one-of-a-kind luxury properties boast 12 different dining outlets, over 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and more than 1,500 guest rooms, most of which have been recently renovated.
Overview This strategic leader will report to the Director of Loss Prevention and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that ensure the safety of guests, team members, and assets while maintaining the welcoming, polished environment that defines Hilton.
Responsibilities
Assist and act in the absence of the Director of Security to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the property.
Train team members and ensure full compliance with all corporate guidelines and local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding emergency management, loss prevention, safety, and security.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
Serve as liaison with local law enforcement and lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, etc.
Write and assist in the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation.
