Finance Analyst - Signia by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Orlando
Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, an Official Walt Disney World® Hotels, are searching for a Finance Analyst to join their Finance team. Combined, the two properties have over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and more than 350,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
Overview The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a desire to grow within the Finance department. Experience in Excel, hospitality finance (Front Office or Food and Beverage), and strong communication skills are preferred. The position will focus on customer service, group billing, credit checks, and other finance support functions.
Shift Pattern Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with occasional weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Pay Rate $21.05 per hour.

Responsibilities
Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
Respond to guest and charge inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Collaborate with SSCs, service providers, and internal teams to resolve disputes.
Participate in the production of monthly accounts and complete month‑end responsibilities.
Execute internal controls over revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities of the hotel.
Assist with special projects, team training, and development.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Report results and aid others in understanding financial matters.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with other finance departments and corporate departments.
Collaborate with management to establish specific goals and plans for projects and departmental objectives.
Attend staff meetings pertinent to work assignments.
Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management.
Act in accordance with fire, health, and safety regulations and follow correct procedures when required.
