Location: Signia Orlando-Bonnet Creek and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando – an official Walt Disney World® hotels. Combined, the properties have over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and over 350,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
Shift Pattern Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Rate $21.05 per hour

What Responsibilities Will I Have? The Analyst/Clerk of Accounting will support the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions. Responsibilities include:
Perform applicable retained Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions
Respond to guest inquiries, charge inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to support guest service and financial profitability
Collaborate with SSCs and service providers, and partner with SSCs to resolve disputes
Participate in the production of monthly accounts as directed and complete month‑end responsibilities
Execute internal control over revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities of the hotel
Participate in special projects, team training and development
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Report results to others and help others understand financial matters
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with other finance departments and corporate departments they support
Collaborate with manager to establish specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish project/department goals
Attend staff meetings pertinent to work assignments
Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management
Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations on property and follow correct procedures when required
