Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Title Associate Attorney – Personal Injury or Real Estate
Location Miami FL (Miami Airport / Waterford Business District area)
Compensation $80,000 base salary + benefits + percentage of settlements
Overview A boutique, fast-growing law firm in Miami is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in Personal Injury, Real Estate, or both. This is an excellent role for someone who wants hands-on mentorship, courtroom exposure, and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
Manage PI or real estate cases from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement documents, and correspondence.
Communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
Support negotiations and case preparation.
Participate in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Experience in PI, Real Estate, or both.
Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage case volume and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work on site in Miami.
