Summary This position supports the execution of a global customer storytelling program, serving as a central coordinator for communications, content logistics, and advocacy activities. The role ensures that customer evidence projects—including written stories, video shoots, testimonials, and speaking opportunities—run smoothly from initiation through completion. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and content operations, this individual maintains the systems and workflows that enable teams worldwide to access timely, accurate customer narratives. The position requires strong organizational capabilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining attention to detail. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to how customer success stories are captured, packaged, and distributed across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate customer communications for written stories, video shoots, testimonials, reference calls, and event‑speaking opportunities, including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑ups

Present and clearly communicate briefs, updates, and next steps to customers, internal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders

Support targeted outreach for analyst evaluations and other customer evidence‑driven programs

Produce lightweight customer evidence assets such as testimonial cards, short written summaries, internal slides, social snippets, and speaker one‑pagers

Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure content libraries are updated, accurate, and easy for teams to use

Assist in reviewing, packaging, and distributing customer evidence assets across internal channels

Maintain customer evidence advocate trackers and story trackers with accurate and current information

Ensure trackers, tags, and project details remain current so teams have clear visibility into status and next steps

Support workflow administration, including routing, timeline updates, and follow‑through on action items

Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Brand, and Event teams to ensure customer communications, assets, and expectations are aligned and delivered smoothly

Occasional travel to support on‑site customer content production at events or team offsites

Requirements

2‑3 years of program management experience managing high‑volume workflows and keeping cross‑functional teams aligned

1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with workflow or content management systems

1‑2 years of operational process management experience supporting predictable execution

Experience in marketing, program coordination, customer advocacy, content production, or similar roles

Background in technology industry environments, preferably supporting content, customer marketing, events, or advocacy programs

Experience working with internal teams and customers in collaborative settings

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple parallel projects

Ability to work proactively, manage shifting priorities, and maintain reliable follow‑through

Proficiency with productivity and workflow tools

Familiarity with marketing workflows, content production, or customer advocacy programs

Experience with content management and workflow systems

Program management capabilities for high‑volume workflows

Systems and tools proficiency for tracking requests and updating documentation

Operational process management experience building or maintaining trackers, workflows, and templates

Additional Details

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Pay Range: $34 - $38.50 per hour

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

Job Status: Non‑Exempt
