Vice President of Supply Chain
to lead and shape its supply chain organization. This newly created executive role offers a unique opportunity to define and centralize the end-to-end supply chain strategy‑covering design, planning, logistics, and operational excellence‑while driving meaningful change across the business.

The VP Supply Chain will be responsible for:
Define and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's transformation objectives.
Drive structural optimization and performance improvement across the entire supply chain.
Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Serve as a strategic interface between market demands and international sales subsidiaries.
Oversee supply chain design and planning processes to ensure agility and efficiency.
Lead initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, resource utilization, and responsiveness.
Provide executive oversight of logistics and production planning through senior leaders.
Ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery and distribution of products globally.
Champion a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
Identify organizational gaps and implement best practices to elevate supply chain capabilities.
Lead and mentor a diverse, high‑performing team including heads of logistics and planning.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback‑driven environment.
The VP Supply Chain should have the following qualifications:
Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain leadership at VP or senior executive level, ideally within corporate or mid‑sized industrial environments.
Strong strategic mindset with hands‑on operational capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
Demonstrated success in leading transformation, solving complex operational challenges, and inspiring teams.
Expertise in planning, supply chain design, and process improvement.
