Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational backbone of the company, working hands‑on with project teams to ensure execution excellence.

Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and structures to support rapid growth.

Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership to define strategic goals and growth milestones.

Lead, mentor, and build a high‑performing operations leadership team from the ground up.

Oversee daily operations across project delivery, field execution, safety, and administrative support.

Champion a strong, collaborative culture rooted in accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, ideally within entrepreneurial or high‑growth environments.

Proven ability to scale operational infrastructure while staying connected to frontline execution.

Strong financial, strategic, and organizational planning skills.

Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing people and building culture.

Track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
