Key Skills Required For The Position
SALES – walk in on day one & close over 50% of leads.
LEADERSHIP – first‑in, last‑out leader, conduct weekly 1‑on‑1s and staff meetings, hold team accountable, drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for members, ensuring a world‑class customer experience.
Assist with member progress check‑ins.
Set up new memberships in the POS system.
Collect and process payments.
Provide front desk sales and information.
Assist with special events.
Manage all sales.
Qualifications
Associate Degree
3 years of management experience
Strong sales skillset, loves selling
Knowledge of gym and retail operations
Positive, energetic personality with a “can‑do” attitude
First one in, last one out manager
Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year.
