Location: 11026 International Drive, Orlando, FL
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
Qualifications
3-5 years in management positions, preferably restaurant experience (full service or fast food)
Self‑motivated with a friendly, outgoing attitude
Ability to train and lead all team members
High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
Culture creator: work with Assistant Managers to build a culture of excellence where the team is happy to be there and knows what they are doing
Team building: continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members; involved in hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance
Continuous learner: seek to improve personal and team skills
Focus on product quality and customer service: ensure customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Cost controller: set pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminate waste/pilferage
Full‑time position, 50 hours per week, may require more during peak seasons
