Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
Provide progress reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Facilitate clear communication with clients and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
Identify the appropriate general contractors (GCs) for project execution from a pool of options.
Define the scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating multiple quotations.
Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments.
Coordinate with the general contractor to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, hardware, and components required for project tasks.
Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor and manage furniture and material deliveries from India Production to US project sites.
Engage with vendors, address their concerns, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for both management and client reporting.
Provide guidance and instructions to workers on daily tasks.
Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams to maintain strong client relationships.
Lead weekly and daily scrums at project sites with clients and general contractors.
Handle escalations in line with the established escalation matrix.

A candidate with the right mindset and willingness to learn, enabling them to quickly grasp concepts and become an effective problem solver and executor.
This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and within budget.
Graduate/Post Graduate.
Candidates having experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred. Interior Design and Build will also be a plus.
