Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Responsibilities
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Planning, scheduling, inventory control, payroll, hiring, and retaining staff.
Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
Providing training and development for staff.
Monitoring financial performance and implementing improvement strategies.
Responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills: written and verbal, with customers and coworkers.
Basic math skills for monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for orders.
Motor coordination for precise and rapid movements.
Typing using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing trays, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and hand tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, or assembling boxes.
Driving duties for product delivery: safe driving record required, access to an insured vehicle, navigation skills, and knowledge of adverse terrain.
