General Manager (Full-Time)
The General Manager position contributes to McDonald's success by leading a team of crew to create and maintain excellent customer and crew experiences. The store manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the store, including supervising staff, making staffing decisions (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing financial performance, and overseeing safety and security. The role requires exercising discretion regularly and acting in accordance with JADT Food Group LLC guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Setting goals for the team, developing organizational capability, and exemplifying teamwork.
- Maintaining a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events and managing smooth store operations.
- Delivering legendary customer service by training and holding the crew accountable.
- Implementing company programs through action plans and motivating the team.
- Managing with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote company culture and values.
- Planning, communicating, and delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing coaching and direction to achieve operational goals.
Planning and Execution
Develop strategic and operational plans, manage staffing, use operational tools for planning, ensure legal compliance, gather customer feedback, analyze financial reports, and utilize resources to support store performance.
Team Development
Manage crew performance, provide feedback, develop team members, recognize accomplishments, and foster a respectful and positive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in building community relationships and managing store operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service, supervisory practices, and legal compliance.
