Overview

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant – Agency Recruiter to identify, source, and qualify temporary/contract candidates for a wide range of client companies. The role is full‑cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing to final placement and offers management.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct phone, email, and in‑person interviews with candidates.
• Prep candidates for client company interviews by reviewing resumes, discussing client needs, and conducting mock interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
• Proactively cold‑call to identify new candidates; building a large pool early is critical to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to listen, understand, and explain positions.
• A passion for working with people.
• Self‑motivation to make 100+ calls and consistently push for the 101st call.
• Leadership skills and a competitive drive; experience competing in sports, academics, or other goal‑oriented arenas is a plus.
• Independent judgment and discretion in business and client relationships.
• Drive to meet goals and metrics, with a get‑up‑and‑go attitude and enduring will to achieve objectives.
