Job Description: Seeking a passionate and driven Contract IT Recruiter to focus on recruiting exceptional professionals across Information Technology, Data, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence. Provide best-in‑class candidate experience, building strong consultative relationships with hiring leaders and identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance for IT, Data, Innovation and AI positions across multiple functions and levels
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, develop position profiles, and align on sourcing strategies, timelines and expectations
- Identify, attract and engage top technology talent through proactive sourcing, networking and research‑driven outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated hiring needs
- Provide data‑driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams to inform talent decisions
- Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience aligned with the company's culture and values
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
- Summarize weekly recruiting process and share updates on open searches, pipeline activity and candidate flow
- Partner with external agencies when appropriate to support strategic and niche hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on IT, Data and Technology roles
- Proven success sourcing and hiring for technical skill sets such as software engineering, data analytics, product management, AI engineering, DevOps, and related domains
- Experience recruiting for both corporate and technical environments, ideally within the construction, engineering or technology industries
- Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills with technical hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- High sense of urgency, strong follow‑through and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; iCIMS experience preferred but not required
- Flexible, collaborative and comfortable working with evolving priorities
- Open to candidates with either in‑house or agency recruiting experience
