Contract IT Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)
Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Location: Boston, MA (4 days onsite / Fridays remote)
Pay: $55–$65/hr (Conversion range: $115,000–$140,000)
Start: ASAP (Background check required; can start pending)
We’re partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized organization in the construction and innovation space that is rapidly expanding its digital, data, and technology functions. They are looking for a Contract IT Recruiter to join their Boston-based Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month assignment with a strong possibility of conversion for a high-performing recruiter.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Data, Innovation, and AI roles
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to define needs, craft strategies, and set expectations
- Proactively source and engage top technical talent through networking and research-driven outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
- Provide market insights and data-driven updates to stakeholders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with organizational values
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation (
- Deliver weekly status updates on pipelines, search activity, and progress
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical roles
- Experience in AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) or adjacent industries strongly preferred
- Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in areas like software engineering, data analytics, product, DevOps, and AI
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- ATS experience required (iCIMS a plus)
