Technical Recruiter, Production (Contract) Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. We build cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology for military systems. Contract Duration : 6‑month contract with the possibility to extend up to 2 years and potential conversion to a permanent position based on performance. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will manage talent acquisition for the manufacturing & production divisions, collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to meet hiring goals. What You’ll Do Conduct interviews and maintain high interview‑to‑offer ratios. Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and SSO campaigns. Drive diverse talent pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Represent the company’s brand to internal and external stakeholders. Leverage internal resources to develop strategies around the value proposition. Required Qualifications 3+ years of client‑facing recruiting experience with hiring managers and directors. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving strategic recruiting efforts. Consultative hiring approach that improves outcomes and candidate experience. Onsite/hybrid availability in Boston, MA, with travel to Quincy, MA, and Quonset, RI as needed. Preferred Qualifications Full‑cycle recruiting in manufacturing, production, or supply‑chain roles. Experience in an agency or fast‑paced startup environment. Strong communication skills for candidate motivation and fit. Ability to manage multiple candidate funnels. Highly autonomous yet collaborative. Compensation Hourly Rate : $50–$70 USD.
