Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Panoramic Hills Capital (PHC) is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO across business, travel, and personal workflow management. This role requires excellent bilingual (English + Chinese) communication skills, strong execution capability, and the ability to operate with discretion in a fast‑paced environment. The position is Los Angeles–based with regular domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex travel planning, logistics, and on‑trip coordination; accompany CEO when needed
Conduct research (travel, business topics, service providers) and produce clear written summaries
Support major personal projects (real estate, home build, vehicle acquisition, specialty purchases)
Coordinate with doctors, service providers, sales reps, and key external relationships
Maintain SOPs, organize information, and collaborate with household staff
Handle ad‑hoc tasks, errands, and local arrangements with reliability and discretion
Requirements
Valid U.S. work authorization; able to reside in the U.S. long‑term and travel internationally
Strong English communication and native‑level fluency in Chinese
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and logical reasoning skills
Strong writing and summarization ability
High proficiency with digital tools; fast learner (Notion experience preferred)
Able to drive; comfortable handling travel‑related support and logistics
Professional, discreet, dependable, and capable of managing sensitive matters
