Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing personal tasks with efficiency and confidentiality. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (business and personal). Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring optimal time management. Prepare agendas, briefs, and presentations for meetings. Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas). Anticipate and resolve travel disruptions proactively.
Personal Assistance:
Manage personal errands, family-related schedules, and household coordination as needed. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and family office staff (if applicable).
