nMedical Assistant experience preferred.
nResponsibilities:

Patient Care: Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, labs, and assist physicians with procedures. Document patient information and relay instructions.

Clinic Operations: Prepare and clean patient rooms, manage inventory, and ensure infection control.

Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage charts, and handle front office duties.
n n - n
Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and PA Department of Health regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality.

Support: Assist patients with walking, transfers, dressing, and collecting specimens. Answer calls and provide patient education.

Medication Administration: Administer injectable medication and vaccines under physician supervision.
n n - n
High school diploma or equivalent.
n n - n
Prior pediatric office experience strongly preferred.
n n - n
Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

- n
CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
