Sr. IT Lead Technical Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter TITLE: SuccessFactors Project Manager LOCATION: Atlanta - Hybrid
Responsibilities
Manage reporting and data governance initiatives within SuccessFactors.
Develop Story Reports and restructure the Report Center.
Configure Role-Based Permissions.
Support Employee Central integrations.
Develop reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Communicate effectively with HR, IT, and analytics stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day guidance on reporting priorities.
Prepare documentation, status updates, and recommendations related to reporting strategy and system stewardship.
Collaborate on projects including Story Report creation, Report Center cleanup, and EC integration support.
Requirements
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting.
Expertise in SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of Teradata and AWS Databricks is an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
