YogaSix is one of the fastest-growing boutique yoga brands in the country — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can own membership growth, lead the front-desk sales team, and elevate the member experience from the very first touchpoint.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) As the Sales Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the studio’s revenue and the leader of all thing's membership. Your job is to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure the studio hits its monthly goals. You will:

Drive Membership Growth

Hit personal and studio monthly sales targets (memberships, intro offers, upgrades)

Conduct studio tours, consultations, and membership presentations

Follow up with leads daily via phone, text, and email to convert FTAs into members

Manage ClassPass and high-usage visitors and convert them into recurring memberships

Lead and Coach the Wellness Advisor Team

Train Wellness Advisors on sales scripts, outreach, daily workflows, and follow-up processes

Set daily sales goals, track performance, and run accountability check-ins

Ensure consistent execution of the YogaSix sales process across all staff

Generate Leads and Build Community

Plan and execute grassroots marketing: local businesses, events, partnerships, outreach

Use social media engagement to support lead generation

Encourage member referrals and execute monthly referral initiatives

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

Ensure every first-time visitor is greeted, toured, and pitched consistently

Manage trial-member onboarding to increase conversion and retention

Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming studio environment

Support Daily Operations

Manage lead flow and pipeline accuracy inside the CRM (ClubReady or similar)

Track KPIs: leads, FTAs, conversions, trial conversions, churn, and attrition

Support the GM with front-desk operations and scheduling as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in sales (fitness, wellness, or service industry strongly preferred)

Proven ability to consistently hit sales goals and coach a team to do the same

Comfortable with daily outreach: phone calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Tech-savvy and ready to learn CRM/scheduling systems quickly

A positive, professional presence with a strong customer-service mindset
