About The Job In this associate‑level position, you will standardize and transform client data into a templated format, engage and consult with clients on regular calls, and work cross‑functionally to create and prioritize configuration and setup of client systems. You will make an immediate, tangible impact every day as part of a result‑driven, detail‑oriented, and organized team, building relationships and working with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
Standardize and transform client data into a templated format.
Set simple to complex configurations during implementation and demonstrate a strong understanding of configurable options.
Solve problems with customers and/or internal teams to meet client needs and workflows.
Become a product and domain expert—from workflow and feature functionalities to main customer use cases.
Lead customer‑facing calls and follow‑up on post‑call items such as developing product specs, product mock‑ups, next steps, and training materials.
Execute the entire onboarding journey for clients from beginning to end and deliver an onboarding experience that meets customer success metrics.
Meet implementation timelines and scope.
Interface with the internal technical team to scope requests, implement new feature requests, and set up integrations.
Participate in process improvement projects to improve efficiency.
Provide necessary information to senior management, perform weekly dashboard updates, and report issues and problems.
May be required to perform other related tasks.
Qualifications
Experience with data manipulation and standardization methods and tools (Trifacta, Excel/Power Query).
2 years of experience working with data transformation, software configuration/implementation, and integration.
Customer‑centric mindset—enjoy solving real‑world problems, advising clients, and going the extra mile to deliver great outcomes.
Great time‑management and organization skills with attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and initiate appropriate follow‑ups.
Experience working on multiple implementations at the same time.
Effective collaborator with cross‑functional teams—especially product, customer success, and engineering.
Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and G‑Suite Docs. Experience with Trifacta is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
