Location and Work Arrangement USA—Work from home. Applicants must be physically located in the United States and meet the specified state eligibility criteria.

Job Overview In this role, you will develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines through various sourcing methods, and advise hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in special projects related to talent attraction and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality candidates for technology and GovTech roles.

Source and engage talent through tech‑focused channels, social media, networking, and referrals.

Manage end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and feedback.

Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, provide talent market insights, and influence hiring decisions.

Identify and implement talent acquisition process improvements and technology enhancements.

Represent SOVRA’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

Passion for recruitment and creativity in attraction strategies.

Strong ability to build trust and develop close relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

High level of curiosity, quick thinking, and a sense of humor without taking yourself too seriously.

Solid knowledge of recruitment requirements and regulations in Canada and the United States.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.

University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a technology or GovTech company.

Authorized to work in the US and physically located in one of the specified states.
