Optomi, in partnership with a leading global organization, is seeking a Solution Architect – Marketing & Personalization Platforms to support a major initiative transforming how customer data, personalization, and omnichannel experiences are delivered across the enterprise. This role serves as a critical bridge between platform operations, marketing stakeholders, and technical engineering teams—ensuring that business needs translate into scalable, well‑architected solutions within a modern marketing technology ecosystem.
Location Onsite 3x in Dallas, TX (5x onsite after 6 month conversion to FTE)
Type 6 months Contract to Hire
Required Experience
5+ years working within modern marketing technology ecosystems, ideally with hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or comparable solutions.
Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer journeys, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Demonstrated ability to think from a solution architecture perspective, designing end‑to‑end marketing and personalization flows.
Proven experience translating business and marketing needs into technical requirements, epics, and user stories.
Broad understanding of content, marketing workflows, and omnichannel experience delivery.
Practical data knowledge; familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms preferred.
Strong cross‑functional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Track record of partnering with engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and well‑architected solutions.
Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to the development of improved workflows, governance, and operating models.
Preferred Experience
Background in platform operations or marketing technology operations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
Exposure to content architecture, taxonomies, or workflow optimization within marketing tech environments.
Responsibilities
Partner with Strategy, Platform, and Engineering teams to help define and evolve platform product strategy.
Translate business, marketing, and personalization needs into clear technical requirements, epics, and user stories.
Serve as the primary liaison across marketing, content, and omnichannel workstreams to maintain alignment and solution cohesion.
Evaluate solution options and guide architectural decisions within the Adobe ecosystem, including AEP, Adobe Target, and related tools.
Provide end‑to‑end solution oversight across integrations, data flows, content pipelines, and marketing workflows.
Support data‑related initiatives and collaborate with teams leveraging Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms.
Ensure requirements are thoroughly captured, prioritized, validated, and ready for engineering development.
Contribute to improvements in platform governance, operating models, and cross‑functional processes.
Provide guidance on personalization capabilities to ensure solutions are scalable, future‑proof, and aligned with business objectives.
