and drive digital construction innovation in Advanced Manufacturing. This site‑based position offers flexible home office in the U.S. and a competitive salary range of $111,100 to $145,725 per year.
Responsibilities
Lead VDC/BIM and digital delivery management, aligning technologies with client and internal goals.
Create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM projects.
Integrate VDC tasks: 3D logistics, 4D scheduling, 5D cost and quantity take‑offs, and common data environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) administration.
Drive clash detection and resolution, coordinate laser scan data integration, and support Scan to BIM efforts.
Manage model redline and as‑built processes, verify construction install with model‑based practices, and lead reality capture and remote reporting.
Act as VDC subject matter expert, provide on‑site leadership, and coordinate field operations.
Support business development: consult during proposals and estimates, collaborate with clients and contractors, and manage trade partner modeling efforts.
Develop training materials, mentor team members, and enhance team expertise through collaboration with subject matter experts.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proven track record of onsite VDC activity leadership.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment on a project site and virtually.
Experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
Willing to work on site near Baton Rouge, LA.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
