Base pay range: $111,100 – $145,725 per year.
Location: Any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize digital delivery processes in Advanced Manufacturing sector.
Create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM.
Lead VDC tasks (3D logistics, safety planning, 4D scheduling, 5D cost & quantity take‑offs).
Coordinate Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) from design to construction.
Lead clash detection, resolution meetings, and coordinate laser scan data integration.
Serve as BIM Subject Matter Expert and support software, model viewing and mobile device applications.
Consult during business development, collaborate with clients and contractors, manage trade partner modeling efforts.
Develop training materials, provide technical guidance, recruit, manage, and mentor VDC staff.
Qualifications
At least 7 years experience in VDC/BIM roles within construction industry.
Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced environment on site and virtually.
Experience developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (ideal).
