Epic seeks an exceptional litigator and counselor to help navigate legal risks as the company expands. Responsibilities include managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling Epic on competitive strategy. The scope of responsibility will grow with experience.

3–7 years drafting motions and briefs, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial experience. Competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
Strong academic and professional background.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
