Investor Relations Associate
Our client, a premier private investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across multiple asset classes. In this role you will work on high-impact projects such as due diligence materials, analysing fund performance, and preparing polished communications that influence key decisions. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Pay & Position Details
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Work model: Hybrid
Degree: Required
Responsibilities
Prepare and update RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.
Respond to investor inquiries during fundraising and ongoing engagements.
Conduct fund, investor, and market‑level analysis.
Support special projects with research and data insights.
Maintain consultant and performance databases.
Assist with recurring reporting and marketing collateral updates.
Qualifications
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Detail‑oriented, proactive approach.
